Basic Life Support Training

Aim

To equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies, such as cardiac arrest, by providing immediate, temporary care until professional medical help arrives. This includes performing CPR, using an automated external defibrillator (AED), and managing airways.
